I first traveled to Alaska In 1992. Three good friends and I made the trip in a small twin-engine Beechcraft Baron. We left the Houston area and returned ten days later. I knew Alaska was special and vowed to return. Shanna and I married and she was just as excited to see Alaska for the first time as I had been. We started "going north" for a trip each summer. Soon, it turned into two trips a summer. We wanted to share the Alaska experience so next we started inviting family and friends to vacation with us. Then we rented a storage unit for gear in Anchorage. In the late winter of 2002 we took the leap and bought our cabin on 4 1/2 acres in the woods of the Kenai Peninsula. Since that time we've steadily added all the toys necessary to maximize the Alaska experience. Our favorite Alaska pastime is sharing Alaska with YOU, our friends and family.
